高炉煤气运动的二维数学模型

摘要 本文给出了高炉煤气运动的二维不均匀分布的数学模型,总结了高炉开炉实例及模拟实验规律,得出炉内炉料粒度及空隙度等参数的确定方法。本模型可解析炉料矿焦比、料层透气性等对调节高炉气流分布的作用,也可模拟各种类型的软融带性态与气流分布的关系及风口水平的煤气流的原始分布。 A nonuniform gas flow mathematical model has been developed for blast furnace operation. The method which,deScribes the distributions of the particle diameter and the voidage of coke and ore layer is derived from the burden tests of several commercial blast furnaces at blow-in and the simulant experiments in laboratories. This model can not only analyse effectsof para meters, such as Coke/ore ratio voidage of coke and ore layer, particle diameter, etc. on gas flow regulating, but also simulate the relationship between the various shapes and positions of cohesive zone and gas movement, and the primitive gas distribution at tuyere level.
