摘要
由于原始坯料尺寸的波动和轧制工艺参数的变化,使得轧件长度发生随机波动,造成剪切后出现剩余切损。这种随机波动靠传统的优化方法是难以解决的。本文提出了一种概率优化方法可用来确定原始坯料的最优重量或尺寸,以保证剩余切损最小。这种方法特别适用于随机变量波动较小的情况。
In rolling process, the variations of slab size and rolling parameters may cause the random change of rolled material in length, which results in high crop loss. Classical optimal toothed is not suitable for seeing this problem. In this paper, a new probability method for optimizing slab size or weight to minimize the crop loss has been proposed. This method is espcially effective for the case of small random variation.
