摘要
论述了Φ12mm以下小口径单层钎焊管的全部生产工艺过程,包括坯料制备、成形、钎焊、矫直、探伤及特殊用途管的处理等。着重说明其坯料制备及成形钎焊的特点。总结了工艺调试及批量生产的经验。指出该工艺是对传统制管工艺的一种新发展,是以焊管取代无缝管的又一途径。
The whole process of small diameter single-wall brazing tube is described, including stee strip making, forming, brazing, straightening, detection of defects and the treatment of special tube. The steel strip making, forming and brazing are emphasized and the experinces in technological adjustment and production have been summerized. The technology is a new development of the traditional tube making. It is a way to replace the seamless one.
