摘要
按以往经验,在严格控制管板管孔加工精度、换热管质量及胀接过程的基础上,对铝管与不锈钢管板进行强度胀接。在管头渗漏达不到设计要求的情况下,分析了原因,采取了措施,达到了设计要求。
Having used the strength expanding method for the joints of aluminium tubes to stainless steel tube - sheet in the condenser according to the previous experience that is to strictly control the machining accuracy of the tube holes in the tube - sheet, the quality of heat exchanger tubes and the process of the strength expanding, the leakage was still occurred in the expanded joints and could not satisfy the design specifications. After analyzing the causes for it and lake some measures, the problem was solved .
