阐述了 4 0 0m跨栏跑的技术特点 ,就 4 0 0m栏和 4 0 0m跑的相关因素进行了分析。认为要提高 4 0 0m跨栏跑的成绩必须将 4 0 0m跑的训练与 4 0 0m跨栏跑的技术特点相结合。
Characteristics of 400 metre fencing are expounded and the correlative factors between 400 metre fencing and 400 metre dash are analyzed.The author thinks that training of 400 metre dash must be combined with characteristics of 400 metre fencing to improve results of 400 metre fencing.
