摘要
脊髓型颈椎病的发病与年龄、性别、职业、外伤有关 ,多种诱因会导致颈椎骨及周围软组织、椎间盘、脊髓等产生一定的病理性改变和功能障碍。通过对临床 13例患者的临床观察及诊断结果分析表明 :在诊断的过程中 ,注意观察患者的临床症状和体征 ,运用传统的中医医学手法并结合现代医学影像学的检查 ,能及时准确的对此病确立诊断。
Spinal cervical vertebra is relevant with age,sex,occupation and injury. A lot of causes will lead to cervical bonel change and functional blocks of cervical vertebra and soft tissue,intervertebral disc and spinal cord around. By analysis of clinical observation and diagnose of 13 patients,the result shows that the disease can be diagnosed timely and correctly by observation of clinical symptoms and signs,and using traditional Chinese medicine in combination with checking modern medical image.
