香烟介导的氧化应激和慢性阻塞性肺气肿的抗氧化治疗

摘要 香烟中的氧化剂可引起机体的氧化 /抗氧化失衡 ,香烟介导的氧化应激可直接损伤肺组织并加重炎症反应 ,抗氧化治疗的深入研究对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的防治具有非常重要的意义。
