摘要
在小型固定流化床实验装置上,对不同组成的C4烃类在催化裂化催化剂上的催化转化反应规律进行了实验研究,考察了不同组成的C4烃类和反应温度对C4烃类催化转化反应的产物分布和组成的影响。实验结果表明,催化裂化催化剂对C4烃类具有一定芳构化和裂化性能,在适宜的反应条件下,可增产芳烃和丙烯。
The experiment study on catalytic converting reaction rules of C4 hydrocarbons with different compositions for catalytic cracking catalyst have been carried out on a bench -scale fixed fluid bed experimental plant. C4 hydrocarbons with different compositions have been explored as well as the influence of reaction temperature on product slate and compositions. The experiment result shows that FCC catalyst has aromatizing and cracking performances on C4 hydrocarbons. Yield of aromatics and propene can be enhanced under suitable reaction conditions.
