摘要
传统的细菌分离、培养及生化反应,不能满足对各种病原微生物的诊断.近年来,国内外已创建不少快速、简便、特异、敏感、低耗且适用的细菌学诊断方法,明显提高了细菌的诊断水平.现就细菌学诊断技术的应用进行探讨.
The traditional separation,culture and reaction of biochemistry of bacterium can not satisfy in diagnosing various bacteria. The recent years, there have been many quick, simple, superfine, sensitive, lower consume and practical means of bacterium's diognosis, it evidently improve the standard of diagnosis.
