摘要
采用新工艺合成出球形Ziegler-Natta催化剂,在常压淤浆聚合条件下,考察了催化剂与三乙基铝(AlEt3)组成的催化体系催化丙烯的聚合.结果表明:催化剂的活性随着聚合反应温度的升高逐渐增大,在40℃时达到最大值,聚合反应温度对聚合物等规度的影响较小;随着n(AlEt3)/n(Ti)增大,催化剂的活性先增大,后逐渐减小,最后趋于稳定,聚合物等规度随着n(AlEt3)/n(Ti)的增大逐渐降低;外给电子体二苯基二甲氧基硅烷对所合成的催化剂在聚合物等规度的调节上作用明显.
In this paper, a novel and highly active Ziegler-Natta Catalyst was synthesized in a new process. The behavior of this catalyst for propylene polymerization was investigated. It was found that with the increase of the polymerization temperature, the activity of the catalyst increased and reached the optimum at 40℃, but had no significant effect on the isotactic index of the product. With the increase of the n(AlEt_3)∕n(Ti)the activity of the catalyst reached certain point and the isotactic index of the polymer decreased gradually; if the n(AlEt_3)∕n(Ti) reached certain point, the activity of the catalyst was decreased and the activity of the catalyst tends to be stable. DPDMS was used as external donor, and the isotactic index of the polymer produced by the catalyst can be adjusted.
