摘要
采用水杨醛比色法对西宁及大通某两个奶牛场的65头(西宁33头,大通32头)黑白花奶牛血液、尿液、乳汁中酮体含量进行了测定,并分析了血酮、尿酮、乳酮含量间的相关性。结果表明:血酮与尿酮间的相关性在两牛场间差别很大,相关系数 r 分别为0.6462和-0.0366;血酮与乳酮间的相关性在两牛场间较为接近,r 分别为0.3499和0.5650。尿酮与乳酮间的相关性均很弱,r 分别为-0.1561和0.1647。进一步研究发现,血酮与尿酮乳酮平均值间的相关性很强,r 分别为0.7031和0.5543。
The correlationships among blood ketone,urine ketone and milk ketone concentrations were systematically analysed after determination of ketone body levels in blood,urine and milk samples of 65 Black-white dairy cattle from two dairy farms(Xining 33,Datong 32)by salicylide chromometry.The results showed.In Xining and Datong dairy farms,the correlative coefficients between blood ketone and urine ketone concen- trations were 0.6462 and -0.0366,respectively;the correlative coefficients between blood ketone and milk ketone concentrations were 0.3499 and 0.5650,respectively;the correlative coefficients between urine ketone and milk ketone levels were -0.1561 and 0.1647,respectively;the cc- rrelative coefficients between the blood ketone levels and the average values of urine ketone and milk ketone levels were 0.7031 and 0.5543, respectively.
