摘要
对地质档案资料进行开发利用,是多年来国家、社会大力倡导和呼吁的,然而在实际运用中却收效甚微。大量内容丰富、极具实用价值的地质档案资料,并未能真正实现社会"资源共享",得到深度"开发利用"。本文旨在通过分析目前现状及存在问题,从"信息资源"角度揭示对其开发利用的现实意义和重要作用,并提出工作要点和服务方法,探讨在目前应用环境下如何进行"资源共享"和"开发利用",以期在社会实践中实现其内含的经济价值和社会效益。
The state and society have energetically advocated and appealed for development and utilization of geological file documents, but the practical results are minor. A large quantity of the documents with rich content and very high practical value has not been shared in the whole society for further development and utilization. This paper, based on analysis of current situation and existing issues, aims at disclosing the realistic significance and important role of development and utilization of the documents in view of 'information resources' . The author put forward key points for the work and method for offering relevant service and discussed how to share, develop and utilize the resources to fulfill their economic value and social effect in practice.
