摘要
对玉竹体细胞染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析。结果表明:玉竹的染色体数目为2n=20;核型公式为2n=2X=20=14m+6sm;染色体相对长度组成为2n=20=6L+6M2+2M1+6S,属于"2B"型。
The karyotye of Polygonatum odoratum were studied by the number of chromosome of Polygonatum odoratum is 2n=2X=20=14m+6sm; The species chromsome cemplement based on relative length is 2n=20=6L+6M2+2M1+6S,which belonged to'2B'type.
