摘要
以自行研制的天麻营养素进行栽培试验。结果表明,施用不同剂量的天麻营养素可将鲜天麻的天麻素含量由1.05g/kg提高到1.66～3.44g/kg,增加含量58.0%～227.6%,达到极显著水平;提高天麻产量18.6%～68.3%;提高天麻含硒量471%～14900%。天麻营养素是提高天麻有效成分、产量及生产富硒优质天麻的有效物质,在生产中有较高的应用价值。
The test carried out with different doses of the nutritious etement of Gastsodia elata Blum indicated that:The nutritious element of Gastsodia elata Blum made its effective composition content increased from 1.05g/kg to 1.66～3.44g/kg with increased its content by 58.0%～227.6%,increased output for 18.6%～68.3% and increased Se contert to 471%～14900%.Therefore,The result proved that the nutritious element of Gastrodia elata Blum with increased its effective composition,output,produce top-quality of Gastodia elata blum of richness Se was an effective material for useability value in Gastiodia elata Blum production.
