摘要
2004年3月14日通过的宪法修正案确立了“三个代表”重要思想在国家政治和社会生活中的指导地位,为我国法治建设提供了思想保障。而代表最广大人民的根本利益是“三个代表”重要思想的归宿,代表最广大人民的根本利益体现在我国法律对各种利益关系正确调整和处理上,维护最广大人民的根本利益是使改革开放和现代化建设获得最广泛、最可靠的力量源泉的基础。代表最广大人民的根本利益昭示了我国依法治国方略的价值依归。
A proposed amendment to the Constitution that was adopted on March 14, 2004 has established guiding status of the important thought of “Three Represents” in our nation's political and social life. The end-result of the important thought of “Three Represents” is representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people in china, which is embodied in correctly dealing with and adjusting the various relationship of interest in our nation's law. Defending the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people in china makes opening up and modernization obtain most widely and reliable source. Representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people has made clear to all the value end-result of ruling the country by law.
