摘要
分析了我国风险投资退出机制存在的六大问题 ,指出 ,缺乏通畅的风险投资退出渠道已成为制约我国风险投资发展的瓶颈。研究给出了五条措施 ,希望能对解决风险投资退出难的问题有所帮助。
The six problems existing in the retreat system of China's venture capital were put forward and analyzed, stressing that the lack in smooth venture capital channel was a critical one blocking the development of China's venture capital. Five pieces of measures were given to help resolve the problem of difficult retreat.
