摘要
目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一种疾病所产生的效果。方法:运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对三种治疗解脲支原体感染方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果:3种方案的成本-效果比依次为5.06,5.14,6.20。结论:B组方案为较佳方案。
Objective: To evaluate the economic effectiveness of different pharmacotherapeutic regimens for the same disease. Method: Pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis was used , three therapy regimens for ureaplasma urealyticum infection were compared. Result: The cost-effectiveness ratios of A,B,C were 5.06, 5. 14, 6.20, respectively. Conclusion: The B regimen was the best one.
