摘要
院校研究需要多学科介入。从高校承担的多重重要角色和其运行具有的经济属性、从普遍遭遇诉讼和办学效益不高的现实、从未来将面向社会独立自主办学等方面论述了高等学校在不断推进依法治校和科学理财的过程中 ,迫切需要院校研究不断深化高校管理和运行中的法学和经济学研究 ,以提供有针对性、专业性的政策咨询。
The institutional research needs the involvement of many disciplines. From the various aspects, including the important multi?roles and the economic property in its operation, the realities of its often suffering from lawsuits and low school?running benefits as well as its future society?oriented school?running independence, the author of this paper illustrates that in the process of running school in accordance with law and conducting financial transaction in a scientific way the institutional research urgently needs to continuously further the legal and economic studies in the management and operation of institutions of higher learning so as to provide policy consultation with an aim and specialization.
