交联PE/CPE并用改性硬PVC性能研究

摘要 交联PE/CPE并用,作为硬PVC的改性剂,获得了综合性能较佳的增韧硬PVC制品。共混方式对改性效果的影响明显,尤当PE组分的分子量较大时,以分段共混法增容效果好,试样综合性能较佳。采用DCP和MgO对PE实行动态交联反应,随交联剂用量增大,PE结晶度,熔融温度及熔点均有下降,流动性变劣,流动的非牛顿性增强。交联PE/CPE并用改性硬PVC有兼顾改善抗冲强度与拉伸断裂性能的特点,但交联度不宜大,改性剂用量不宜多。 A toughened R - PVC product of good, comprehensive properties was obtained by way of the using the crosslinked PE/CPE blend as modifier of R - PVC. The efficiency of modification depended on the blending of the three components obviously. In comparison with simple blending the result of a phased blending method was optimum, especially when the molecular weigtht of PE was greater. A dynamic cross linking of PE by means of DCP and MgO was implemented, and as the dose of cross linker increased, the crystallinity, melting - start temperature and melting point dropped, the frowability went down and the non - Newtonian behaviour increased. A marked characteristic of the modifying R - PVC by using crosslinked PE/ CPE was that the impact strength and the elongation properties were improved simultaneously, but the crosslink density should not be high, the dose of modifier should not be too much, otherwise the result of modification would not be good. The stability experiments showed that the vicat softening point, the dimensional stability and acid - alkali resistances of the blends all surpass china national standards.
