摘要
针对发电机空心导线腐蚀问题 ,提出了腐蚀速率的计算公式 ,即采用检测内冷水中铜离子浓度的方法推算出空心铜导线的腐蚀速率 ,并给出计算实例。计算结果显示 ,内冷水铜离子含量≤ 4 0 μg/L时 ,对应的腐蚀速率仅为 1 .1 2 8× 1 0 - 3 mm/a 。
Directing against the problem of hollow core condutor corrosion in generators. a formula for calcurating the corrsion rate.i.e.the corrosion rate of hollow core conductor is calculated by using the method of detecting copper ion concentration in the inner-cooling water, has been put forward, and real calculation exmple being given. Result of calculation shows that, when the copper ion content in inner-cooling water≤40 Mg/L, the corresponding corrosion rate only to be 1.128×mm/a, satisfying the related regulations.
