摘要 为了解决GI-POF预制棒存在的工艺问题,根据界面-凝胶理论,以MMA作为基质,通过对温度、压强等因素对制备过程影响的分析,提出了气泡、真空泡存在的原因和解决方案.并对Tg进行测量,给出了在55~85℃、C4H10S的量浓度为0.010 mol/L的条件下制备的GI-POF预制棒基本无缺陷. In order to solve the problems in the preparation of perform rod GI -POF, according to the interfacial - gel theory , using MMA as base material, and through analysis of the influences of temperature and pressure on the preparation process, we have found out the cause of the existence of bubble and vacuum bubble and put forward a solution protocol. We have also measured Tg. Consequently, and drawn the conclusion that when the temperature is 55 -85 ℃ and the content of C4H10S is 0.010 mol/L, the prepared perform rod GI-POF is of almost no defects.
