模糊ISODATA算法在电磁无损检测应用中的研究

摘要 针对轴承钢硬度和螺栓裂纹快速检测问题,依据电磁无损检测原理,采用模糊ISODATA算法,在VC++6.0开发平台下,建立了神经网络电磁检测系统,并进行测试分析.结果表明,该系统对轴承钢硬度、螺栓裂纹检测的准确率均达到100%,并且运行稳定性好、检测效率高. Aiming at the problem on testing the hardness of axis steel and the crack in bolt in no time, the electro magnetism - tested system of neural network system was founded and measured using the fuzzy ISODATA algorithm at the platform of VC+ +6.0 based on the principles of electromagnetic detection. It turned out by the results that the validity on testing the hardness of axis steel and the crack in bolt could get 100%. Besides, the system is performed stably and efficiently.
