摘要
阐述了目前县级国土资源信息系统的现状 ,针对实施和管理过程中涉及到大量的图形、属性、文档、台帐数据及统计分析等工作的特点 ,探讨了利用GIS/LIS技术、数据库技术、计算机网络与软件开发技术实现县级国土资源信息系统体系结构 .提出了以县级地籍数据为基础 ,在数据共享、标准统一。
The actuality of information system of the nation's land resources is analyzed. Owing to the fact that there are lots of graphics, attributes, documents, account data and analytic work to be done in the execution and management of the system, the techniques of GIS/LIS、database, Internet and software development, and the structure of the county's land resources information system are expounded. The technique and methods of designing and developing county's land resources information system are put forward under the rule of data shared, standards unified, unity management of graphics and data based on county's cadastral database.
