摘要
有限责任制度曾是法学上的伟大创造。随着历史的发展 ,有限责任面临着巨大的挑战 ,尤其是关联企业现象凸现之后。本文以关联企业问题作为支撑点 ,分析有限责任的存在价值和固有缺陷 。
The system of limited liability is the great creation in the law. But with the development of history, it is facing huge challenges especially after the appearance of affiliated enterprises. The thesis analyzes its value and drawbacks with problems concerning the affiliated enterprises.
