摘要
目的 探讨计算机X线摄影 (cR)胸片质量控制 (Qc)的最佳方法。方法 对 118例cR胸片进行了效果分析。就照片中肺尖、外带肺纹理、肋骨重叠的肺纹理、肺门血管、空洞液平面等阴影的显示几率 ,照片层次等作一评价。结果 由于Qc的较好实施 ,提高了cR胸片的质量。结论 用cR对于早期发现肺肿瘤、转移性结节、肺结核及其他弥漫性病变有着极其重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the best method of the quality control for making computed radiography plain chest film. Methods The computed rediography plain chest film of 118 cases were analyzed and Layer structures were compared by the following items:the radiographic parameters,apex of lung,lung-marking of lateral,costal bone,lung-marking of duplication,blood vessel of hilum of lung,cavity,and fluid level. Results The quality of computed rediography plain chest film was enhanced significantly by the implementation of quality control. Conclusion Compared radiography plain chest film is valuable for the finding of lung tumor,metastatic node,pulmonary tuberculosis and other lung diseases.
