摘要
钢板弹簧对改善汽车平顺性起重要作用。本文在同时考虑主、副簧变形的情况下,对渐变刚性钢板弹簧曲率半径进行了理论计算与试验分析。本文所提供的计算方法与试验结果基本吻合,其理论更完善、设计应用更方便。
Leaf spring plays an important role in improving motor vehicle ride comfort. Taking main and auxiliary leaf springs into account simultaneously,the theoretical calculations and experimental study of curvature radii for gradually variable rigidity leaf springs are carried out. The results calculated by the authors' method are basically agreed with the experimental ones . The achievement enables the corresponding theory to be more perfect and its applications in designing more convenient.
