摘要
结合中浓纸浆的流动特性及压力容器的特性 ,提出了氧脱木素塔各部分结构 (塔体、封头等 )的选择方法及氧脱木素塔的设计参数的确定方法 ,给出了中浓纸浆氧脱木素塔的设计基本过程 ,以便为氧脱木素塔的设计者提供理论及设计依据。
Non-wood fibers are the dominant pulping raw material at home. The commercial oxygen deligninfication technology for these kinds of material was available only in the recent years. Based on the flow properties of MC (medium consistency) pulp and the design standard of pressure vessel, this paper put forward the structure and design parameter of oxygen deligninfication tower. The primary design procedure of MC pulp oxygen deligninfication tower is presented.
