摘要
以桑塔纳、奥迪轿车车轮为研究对象,叙述了车轮制造工艺过程,指出了在轿车国产化中,影响车轮疲劳寿命的关键技术问题。初步分析了车轮的使用情况,着重讨论了材料性能对车轮疲劳寿命的影响。同时初步确立了桑塔纳、奥迪轿车车轮合适的材料指示范围。
Taking wheels of Santana and Audi cars as the objects of study, this paper gives an account of the technological procedures of passenger car wheel manufacturing, indicates that the fatigue life being short is the key technical problem of the domestically made wheels. The paper prelimimarily investigates the service condition of wheels and discusses the effect of material properties to the fatigue life of wheels. The material specification suitable for Santana and Audi Car wheels are also prelmonarily determined at the same time.
