摘要 对嗜冷菌的概念、分布与分类进行了介绍,主要从嗜冷菌的生存环境和分子机制综述了其生理特性,并对嗜冷菌的应用及理论研究前景进行了展望. The concept, distribution and taxonomy of psychrophiles and/or psychrotrophs are introduced in this paper.At the same time the physiological charateristics of them are expounded from the survival environments and their cold-adaption molecular mechanism. The perspective of their application and theoretical research is also prospected.
