摘要
体育行政许可范围的确定是体育行政许可制度的重要的内容。加强对体育行政许可范围的研究,建构体育行政许可设定范围,是体育行政许可制度完善的关键。本文以行政许可的设定制度和体育事业发展为对象,通过对国内外相关理论和实践的分析、思考,探讨我国体育行政许可范围,以求对体育理论和实践推进的推动作用。
Determination of sport administrative approval range is an important part of the sport administrative approval system.It is the key to advance the studies of sport administrative approval range and to construct the range for perfecting sport administrative approval system.By analyzing and reflecting on the related theories and practice in this field home and abroad,the authors of this paper probe into the sport administrative approval range in China in view of the construction system for administrative approval and the development of the cause of sports so as to promote the development of sports theories and practice.
