摘要
文章对目前中压电网领域应用十分广泛的ZN63(VS1)型真空断路器的可靠性进行了研究,建立了机械可靠性分析的一般理论方法,同时应用马尔可夫过程对其电子元件进行了可靠性分析,提出了对电子元件进行可靠性筛选试验时试验时间的确定方法,对工程实际具有一定的应用价值。
In this paper, the reliability of ZN 63(VS1) vacuum circuit breaker, which is widely used in medial voltage power network, is studied, and the general analysts method of mechanical reliability is put forward. At the same time, the reliability of electronic components with Markov Process is also analyzed. The method of convincing testing time for screening test is also put forward in this paper, which is valuable to engineering practice.
