摘要
在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的语境中,共产党应坚持走好群众路线,充分发挥党的利益的整合功能,树立无产阶级权力观,防止基层"软政权化",提高执政能力。
Under the environment of reform and opening up and of developing socialism market economy, the Communist Party persists in following the mass line, bringing its function of benefit integration into full play, preventing grass-root units from regime softening, and enhancing its ruling ability.
