职工持股制度在放开搞活国有中小型企业、建立与市场经济相适应的企业激励机制和约束机制、转换国有企业经营机制方面,以及在推动民私营企业改制和发展,尤其是高科技企业的成长与发展方面发挥了积极作用,但其负面效应不可忽视。
The system of workers' share-holding brings an active role of having a free hand and invigorating medium and small-sized SOEs, setting up the mechanisms of promoting and controlling, changing mechanisms of management and operation of SOEs, push private enterprises' development and high-technological enterprises' growth. But there are some negative effects.
