摘要
非公企业职工依法享有参与企业民主管理和监督的权利。非公企业推行民主管理,对于协调劳动关系,化解劳资纠纷,促进企业健康发展具有不可或缺的作用。工会要从非公企业的实际出发,履行民主管理权利。民主管理重点落实的职权:审议知情权、平等协商谈判权、选举罢免权、评议监督权。非公企业民主管理,不是与企业主搞对抗,要坚持合作共事、共谋发展的原则,履行好维护职工利益与促进企业发展的双重职责。
The workers and staff members in non-state owned enterprises have rights of participation in democratic management and supervision according to law. The democratic management of non-state owned enterprises has an important role of consulting industrial relations, resolving industrial disputes, improving a healthy development in enterprises. The trade unions should perform management rights from actual conditions. The authorities of democratic management that need carry out are the right to know the facts, the right to equally consult and negotiate, the right to elect or recall, and the right to discuss and supervise. The democratic management of non-state owned enterprises should adhere to some principles such as working together, common development, and doing dual duties of safeguarding workers' rights and promoting the development of enterprises.
