摘要
证券市场蕴含着丰富的无形资产,上市公司如利用得当,不但能增加无形资产的价值,还能提高公司的整体价值,并且提升公司在证券市场的形象。本文通过分析上市公司在证券市场上的无形资源,探讨提升无形资产价值的思路。
The stock market contains the abundant intangible assets. The listed company makes use of the stock market, not only can increase the value of the intangible assets,but also can increases the whole value of the company and promote the company image in stock market. This text analyzes the invisible resources of the listed company on the stock market, and studies the promotion of the worth of the intangible assets.
