摘要
结合生产实际使用情况,对曲柄压力机中机械式、液压式,气液式三种典型的过载保护装置进行了比较,分析了各自的利弊,阐述了曲柄压力机三种过载保护装置的设计思想与方法,对我校技能培训室使用的JB23—63,JB210—16压力机过载保护装置实行选型可行性研究。
Mechanical,hydraulic and airdraulic overload protection deuices are typical for crankpress and this paper focuses on their advantages and disadvantages.It also illustrates the ideas of andapproaches to the design .Taking presses Model JB23-63 and Model210-16 for example,we have made some researches on how to choose certain protection devices for them.
