摘要
传统的开式热切下料模存在着坯料的重量误差、端面斜度较大以及模具易磨损等弊端。在改进设计中,采取棒料压紧、模柄导向等技术措施,使坯料的各项技术指标明显提高。
This article analyzes the advantages of mould for traditional open hot cutting. These advantages include weight error of blank stock, larger slope of end surface and abrasion of mould,etc..In the process of improving the design, each qualification is improved obviously by some technical measures, such as jamming bar stock and guiding the handle of a mould,etc.
