摘要
加强素质教育已成为知识经济时代高等教育改革和发展的趋势。本文探讨了知识经济时代 对高校素质教育的要求、素质教育对教师的要求及教师角色的转换,并提出了教师角色转换的对策。
To strengthen quality education has become the development trend for higher education in knowledge economic age. This article concerns the demand of knowledge economic age to college quality education and the demand of quality education to teachers and the transfer of teacher's role. At last it discusses the countermeasure in the transfer of teacher's role.
