表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯抗白血病的分子机制 被引量:2

摘要 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯是自绿茶提取的一种天然产物。表没食子儿茶素没食子 酸酯对于多种恶性肿瘤细胞特别是白血病细胞表现出明显抗肿瘤作用,本文对近年来有关表 没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯作用于白血病的文献进行回顾发现表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯:在 诱导白血病细胞凋亡、抑制白血病细胞的增殖、诱导白血病细胞分化以及增强其他化疗药物对 白血病细胞作用等方面有良好的作用并对近年来表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯抗白血病分子机 理作一归纳,推测表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯有可能成为新一代的白血病治疗药物和辅助治 疗药物。 Epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) is a kind of nature substance extracted from green tea. EGCG is of a significant anti-tumor ability on manifold malignant tumor cell especially on leukemia cell lines. Having studied the article about EGCG acting on leukemia recently, we found that EGCG can induce leukemia cell apoptosis, inhibit leukemia cell lines proliferation and induce leukemia cell lines cell differentiation and EGCG even can enhance the curative effect of chemotherapeutic agent on leukemia. We summarized the molecule mechanism progress of EGCG anti-leukemia. Based on the above, We think that EGCG have the potential to be a advanced agent and adjuvant on leukemia chmotherapy.
