微生态调节剂治疗细菌性阴道病与早产的预防 被引量:2

摘要 细菌性阴道病(BV)与早产直接相关。对患BV妊娠妇女早期给予治疗可明显降低不良妊娠结局发生率。药物如抗生素治疗有一定疗效,但妊娠期用药可能影响胎儿生长发育,同时也不能降低早产(PTD)的发病率。BV主要发病机制是阴道内乳酸杆菌减少导致菌群失调,采用从健康妇女阴道分离的乳酸杆菌为主要成分制成的微生态活菌治疗BV,对预防早产改善不良妊娠结局有重要意义。
