摘要
对140例常规接受埋藏式VVI型起搏器治疗的患者以起搏系统分析仪、起搏器程控仪、心电生理程序刺激仪、起搏心电图以及简易折算法等测试了起搏器反拗期。各种方法之间或各种方法与起搏器出厂指标之间的起搏器反拗期值均无显著差异。唯以程控仪法为精确,而以心电图法和简易折算法为粗疏。但后二种方法经济、简便,不失为基层医疗单位初步随访、评价起搏和感知功能的可取方法之一。
Pacemaker refractory period was measured in 140 patients receiving routine permanent VVI pacemaker treatment by the pacing system analyzer, pacemaker programmer, cardiac electrophysiological programming stimulator, pacing electrocardiogram and simple calculation formula respectively. The results of all methods were compared with each other,and also compared with the values of pacemaker manfacturers. There were no significant differences among the methods,as well as each method and manufacture values. The data got from the pacemaker programmer was the most precise, and the data got from pacing electrocardiogram or calculating formula was the roughest. But as the most economical and simple way to measurre the refractory period,the latter two still were valuable methods,especially in the ordinary clinics.
