摘要
结合我国卫生工作现状，指出当前卫生事业发展中存在着许多不够合理的地方，认为深化卫生事业改革应注意走出重医疗轻预防、医疗投入热衷于城市大医院、靠高新设备服务和药品越贵越能治病等四大误区。强调医学发展的重点应该放在预防疾病上，合理分配和利用卫生资源，保证基本医疗、基本用药、基本检查。
This article discusses some problems in the development of the health care work in the context of the current situation of health work in China, pointing out that there exist four misled areas in furthering the reform of the health care work, which include valuing medical treatment while overlooking prevention, hankering after medical investment in big hospitals of city; resting medical service on sophisticated equipment, and clinging to high - grade medicines superstitiously. It is emphasized that stress of medical development should be laid on disease Prevention, and rational distribution and use of health resources so as to ensure primary medical care, use of medications necessary for common diseases and routine checkup.
