摘要
近年来关于光肩星天牛Anoplophoraglabripennis(Motschulsky)和黄斑星天牛A.nobilis(Ganglbauer)的分类地位一直争议较大,为了区分和辨识这两个种是否为同一种,采用分子生物学方法,利用RAPD(随机扩增多态DNA)技术对天牛科2亚科7属11种昆虫(包括这两个近缘种)成虫的RAPD图谱进行了比较研究。通过多次引物筛选试验,选择6种对多数天牛都能出带的引物(S4,S8,S22,S24,S105和S823)进行了RAPD扩增。结果表明,光肩星天牛(翅斑白色)和黄斑星天牛(翅斑黄色)及其过渡型(翅斑黄白相间)的谱带一致,同属一种。黄斑星天牛应订正为光肩星天牛的同物异名。因此,可在光肩星天牛这个种下根据翅斑颜色划分为三个型:白斑型(formaglabripennisMotschulsky),黄斑型(formanobilisGanglbauer)和黄白杂合型(formamixturaeTang)。
In order to better distinguish the two sibling species,Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky) and A.nobilis(Ganglbauer),the adult RAPD atlases of 11 species(including the two sibling species) of Cerambycidae,which belong to 7 genera,2 subfamilies,were studied.Through the screening test on 33 kinds of arbitrary primers,6 arbitrary primers(S4,S8,S22,S24,S105 and S823) were filtrated out,which could make the belts of electrophoresis to be revealed on DNA sample of majority longicorns in PCR(polymerase chain reaction) reactions.The results showed that the two sibling species should all belong to the same species,i.e.A.glabripennis;and A.nobilis is the synonym of A.glabripennis.The positive answer is given about whether or not existing 3 models are under the species of A.glabripennis.The 3 models are as follows:the white spotted form(forma glabripennis Motschulsky),the yellow spotted form(forma nobilis Ganglbauer) and the yellow-white form(forma mixturae Tang).The detailed description of these 3 models with photographs of them are given.
