摘要
根据异地设计与制造系统的特点 ,提出了组件式Web应用系统在运行前、运行时和运行后三种存在状态下的动态结构。在此基础上 ,设计了一个基于Web的异地协同设计与制造系统平台 ,说明了平台中各个模块的功能。构建了一个实际的异地设计与制造系统eCWS ,该系统已完成了异地设计与制造的过程演示。试验结果表明 ,该组件式动态结构能够正确描述异地协同应用系统的实际组成框架 ,并具有一定的普遍性。
Based on the characteristics of networked manufacturing, a creative idea was put forward, according to that the architecture of a Web-based system is dynamic, changeable and configurable instead of static according to the running stage of the system. Three configurable structures were called before-running structure, on-running structure and after-running structure separately. An architecture of the distributed design and manufacturing platform was proposed according to the three structures. Then the main functions of the framework were discussed in details. An actual system called eCWS (e-cooperative work system) is developed and also the test of distributed design process has been successfully carried out on the Internet. The results show that the real system can be abstracted to this dynamic structure in a flexible and configurable way.
