摘要
探索了超细碳酸钙作为亚硫酸法糖厂澄清助剂的可能性 ,并对其澄清效果进行了探索。研究结果表明 ,在一定条件下超细碳酸钙能够吸附更多的胶体和色素 ,有效地降低清汁色值。
The effect on sedimentation velocity of sugar juice clarification by over-fine calcium carbonate crystal in a sugar mill with the sulfurous process was studied. The study results showed that over-fine calcium carbonate crystal is a good sorbent and can remove more colloid, coloring and no-sugar matter from sugar juice.
