不同枣品种4种同工酶活性的分析

摘要 对10个枣品种POD,SOD,PPO以及酸性磷酸酶同工酶进行了分析。结果表明,不同枣品种4种同工酶的活性明显不同,同一品种各种同工酶的活性也不尽相同。10个枣品种中冬枣的POD、酸性磷酸酶、SOD活性最强,PPO活性最弱。其余9个品种中,大瓜枣和大自铃的4种同工酶的活性极其相似,金丝3号和金丝4号、龙须枣与其芽变单株之间,有的同工酶活性相近,有的则差异较大,这表明亲缘关系近的品种既有由相同的遗传因子所控制,又有由不同的遗传因子所控制。 4 isozymes: POP, SOD, PPO, Apase of 10 cultivars of jujube leaves were tested. The resuls showed that there were apparent differences in POD,SOD,PPO and Apase activity;and there were differences in 4 isozymes activity of one cultivar. The activity of POD, Apase and SOD of Dongzao is the highest among the tested cultivars, its PPO activity is the lowest. Among the others, activity of 4 isozymes of Daguazao and Dabailing are extremely similar. Among the cultivars of Jinsi 3,Jinsi 4,Longxuzao and the bud sports of Longxuzao,the activity of some isozymes is similar,some is significantly different. It indicated that the cultivars of jujube with homologous relationship were controlled by both same genetic factors and the different genetic factors.
