摘要
在应用“最新强度标准软件包”对螺杆压缩机同步齿轮进行强度校核的基础上,结合螺杆压缩机(包括同步齿轮)的工况特点,分析了同步齿轮的断齿原因,采取了一些有效的解决措施(包括对进口同步齿轮大胆地进行改进设计),最终解决了这一难题。
Based on the strength check of screw compressor synchronous gear by the use of “the current strength standard software package”,in combination of the working condition of screw compressor (including synchronous gear),the broken tooth reason of synchronus gear is analized.Some effective solutions are adopted (including a bold improving design of import synchronous gear).The difficult problem is solved finally.
