摘要 以所研制的飞行模拟器液压六自由度运动系统试验样机为研究对象 ,通过建立运动系统的多通道数学模型 ,对并联六自由度运动系统的耦合特性作了定性分析 ,探讨了该类控制系统的特点和适用的控制策略 ,并在试验样机上作了实验研究 ,从理论和实践上对并联六自由度运动系统的负载交联耦合特性作了深入的研究。 We present a test prototype of a hydraulic 6-DOF motion system for a flight simulator. The multi-channel mathematical model of the platform′s hydraulic servo system is built; the coupling character of the 6-DOF motion system is qualitatively analyzed. The character of control and its control strategy are discussed as well. Finally, experiment study is carried out on the test prototype, and the load coupling character of the 6-DOF motion system is studied in detail theoretically and experimentally.
