摘要
海上货物运输保险合同的责任期间，是指保险人承担货损风险责任的期间。英国海上保险法称之为“风险的开始与继续”，我国货运险条款称之为“责任起讫”。保险人只对保险责任期间内保险标的因承保风险所致的损失负担赔偿责任。
The period of cargo underwriters' liability is a complicated problem in insurance law.This article dwells on its concept,the general international practice(which is reflected by Marine Insurance Act and Standard Cargo Clauses of U.K.)and the practice in China,which calls the attention of China's trade business,insurance and law.
