摘要
近年来，我国航运事业蓬勃发展，经营国内航运业务的船务公司和货运代理公司在全国沿海地区雨后春笋般地出现。这些船务公司和货运代理公司多数没有自己的船舶，他们主要从事租船运输业务而积极参与航运市场的竞争。
A large number of disputes relating to the coastal voyage charter party arised in China in the past few years, and as far as the author knows, there existed some problems in settling these disputes in maritime judicial practice. This article raises and analyses four serious problems thereof, namely, problems of third party without independant right of claims, lien on cargo, arrest of ship, analysis of shipping terms and application of law, and then puts forward the methods and suggestions for resolving these problems.
